ICCFA'S Wide World of Sales Conference Focuses on Technology

STERLING, Va. – Internationally recognized business coach, Terry Brock will present "Portable Technologies for Sales Power" at the International Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Association's Wide World of Sales Conference, Jan. 16-18 at the Monte Carlo Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. This year's theme is "iSell," trying to teach sales counselors and managers how to harness technology to work smarter, not harder. The basics of sales will also be reinforced in an effort to improve upon daily performance.

Brock is the opening keynote speaker and one of dozens of experts who will cover topics ranging from smartphones and tablets to Skype, the "cloud" and social media.

Closing keynote speaker, sales and leadership consultant Joe Takash will present "Building Breakthrough Connections," where he'll provide insights to relationship absolutes that immediately build trust, how to understand the overlooked "little things" that create profitable business connections and more.

Additional sessions will address topics such as social media, lead generation, recruiting, hiring and retaining good employees and more. All attendees will receive a take-home binder filled with handouts, charts and exercises to help them apply the lessons learned in their everyday sales and marketing efforts. An opening welcome reception and a networking lunch will allow participants time to network, share challenges and brainstorm solutions with more than 400 of their professional colleagues from throughout North America and abroad.
