New U.S. Cremation Equipment Website Enhances Customer Experience

CINCINNATI - U.S. Cremation Equipment, manufacturer of human and animal cremators, recently launched a redesigned website to better serve mortuaries, funeral homes, cemeteries, crematoria, veterinarians and animal researchers.

The new site,, is more user-friendly and has an updated graphic design. Importantly, it provides easy-to-access information. For example, visitors are able not only to view and learn of the full range of available products but also download a detailed brochure (in PDF format) about any product of interest. A 120-page catalog of urns, jewelry and keepsakes is accessible, and with one click global customers, who comprise a significant percentage of U.S. Cremation Equipment’s customers, can be connected to the contact in their country of choice.

“Our objective was to provide visitors with a quick and easy way to navigate the site,” said Cal Wilkerson, U.S. Cremation Equipment’s Vice President of Sales. “We did not want to overwhelm with quantity, but were committed to ensuring quality in our site.”

Reflecting U.S. Cremation Equipment’s unique sales approach – they encourage death- and animal-care professionals who are considering an investment in a cremator to talk at length with current customers – the site includes a tab with customer reviews. “I am personally pleased with the Reviews section with comments from our customers on their experience with our company and the performance of our products and after-sale service,” noted Wilkerson.

All elements of the new website were created by Kanet Advertising in Cincinnati, Ohio, a full-service advertising agency specializing in the death-care industry.
