The Policy Dashboard significantly enhances the way users can search for and access important information about Homesteaders policies.
“With the release of the new myHomesteaders earlier this year, we greatly improved ease of access to information,” said Homesteaders vice president-marketing, Dean Lambert. “The Policy Dashboard is the next step in providing funeral home customers with a convenient way to manage and grow their business.”
The Policy Dashboard, which is available to funeral home representatives with a funeral home number and password, presents each policy’s details in a simple one-page format. Authorized users may also initiate claim processing from the policy details page with the click of a button.
This release also offers user-friendly search capabilities that allow funeral home representatives to locate key policy information quickly. It allows them to search by name, policy number or date of birth to find policy details in a secure online environment.
“We want customers to have as great an experience with our online presence as they would if they worked face-to-face or over the phone with our customer service and support staff,” Lambert said.
